• All of the elements listed in the Draft Durham County Bus and Rail Investment Plan are <br /> fiscally constrained. At every turn,the Plan has been conservative in revenue <br /> assumptions and through added contingencies for capital and operating expenditures. <br /> The draft plan will be shared with the general public, Durham City Council, the DCHC MPO <br /> and the Durham County Commission. The draft plan will be considered for approval by <br /> the DCHC MPO,the Triangle Transit Board of Trustees, and the Durham County <br /> Commission. The Durham County Commission will determine when to set a referendum <br /> date.
