National Small Business Week Proclamation <br /> 7 The Board approved a proclamation whereby Orange County joins the Small Business <br /> 8 Administration to designate the week of April 30 through May 6, 2017 as National Small <br /> 9 Business Week, and honor small businesses for their contributions to the economy of the <br /> 10 nation, state and county and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 11 m. Historic Preservation Month Proclamation <br /> 12 The Board approved a proclamation designating the month of May 2017 as Historic <br /> 13 Preservation Month in Orange County and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 9. County Manager's Report <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Projected May 9, 2017 Regular Work Session Items <br /> 18 Financial Policies Discussion (General Fund and Debt Capacity) <br /> 19 2017-2022 Capital Investment Plan — Project Prioritization Discussion <br /> 20 <br /> 21 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> 22 John Roberts said on May 16th the Board will see an item addressing impact fees and a <br /> 23 possible method for lower fees for student housing projects. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Chair Dorosin asked that they forego the closed session tonight and move it to the May <br /> 26 9th meeting and the Board agreed by consensus. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 11. *Appointments <br /> 29 <br /> 30 a.
