Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Subject: Maintenance Concerns and Road Addition Inquiry- Perry Hills Subdivision <br /> Located off of SR 1310, Frazier Road <br /> Dear Ms. Pittman, <br /> I am writing in response to your recent inquiry concerning the above subject. <br /> I am happy to report that our maintenance staff has recently performed pavement repairs <br /> and that the State maintained streets in the subdivision are programmed for resurfacing in <br /> 2018. <br /> District staff has conducted an investigation of the streets within the subdivision that are <br /> currently not State maintained for eligibility for addition to the State system. Our findings <br /> are provided below. <br /> Paylor Street, Extension of SR 1393 <br /> The subject road segment is located between the current end of State maintenance <br /> approximately 0.06 mile east of Shambley Road to Alpha Drive and is 0.08 mile in length. <br /> The road is served by a 60' right of way recorded on August 27, 1965 in Plat Book 14, Page <br /> 152. The road directly serves 4 homes and also serves as a subdivision connector road with <br /> an estimated ADT of 100 trips per day.
