Does this include both latex
and oil based paint or only oil based paint? What changes if any are anticipated In the paint collection policy?
The line in the table labeled "paint" is only latex paint. We do not anticipate any changes in our
paint policy. I should note that citizens come through, informally, and if we have some paint still
sitting around, and they want it,we will give that paint to them after they sign a.form waiving
liability. This is very informal and does not happen often. The numbers that you see in this table to
not include some of the paint we haye given away to citizens. We do not sit paint aside to save
specifically for citizens.
20. If you cannot provide fire extinguishers, oxygen tanks, acetylene or
nitrogen under the general per pound pricing, explain the pricing structure that you would need to
handle it.
•
23. We prefer this for safety reasons and also to properly
track monthly data. The storage requirements under our permit are as follows:
The storage building at the Orange County Permanent HHW Collection Facility is designed to
accommodate temporary accumulation of several classes of hazardous materials.
