24 <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> ESFRLP Program Guidelines <br /> For Pool Member's convenience, ESFRLP Administrator's Manual (Program Guidelines) can now be <br /> found online at NCHFA's website at(www.nchfa.com). <br /> The terms of the Agreement are subject to the ESFRLP Administrator's Manual (Program Guidelines) in <br /> all respects,whether specifically referenced in this Agreement,and all defined terms used in this Agreement <br /> shall have the same meanings as used in the Program Guidelines. Your Administrator's Manual contains <br /> program guidelines along with many of the forms and documents needed to successfully manage your <br /> project under ESFRLP17. Pool Members should periodically check the website for updates <br /> In the event the Program Guidelines are revised,the Agency will provide a 30 day notice to all Pool <br /> Members. After such notice to Pool Members all revisions are thereby made a part of this Agreement. <br /> Failure of the Recipient to comply with the terms and conditions of the Program Guidelines shall be an <br /> event of default by the Recipient under this Agreement. <br />
