He suggested that <br /> 5 the Board submit any questions by Friday on a weekly basis. <br /> 6 Jeff Mann said GoTriangle is happy to provide weekly updates. <br /> 7 Chair Dorosin asked for these to be shared with the public and the Board. <br /> 8 Mike Charbonneau, GoTriangle Director of Communications, said there is ongoing staff <br /> 9 working groups involving Orange and Durham counties. <br /> 10 Commissioner McKee referred to the timeline, and suggested a wording change for the <br /> 11 March 7th entry. He said to change the word "approving" to "consideration". He suggested this <br /> 12 same change for the final meeting on April 18th. He also asked that the public item hearing be <br /> 13 inserted into the verbiage for the April 18th meeting. <br /> 14 Chair Dorosin said the BOCC does have to approve a Bus and Rail Investment Plan, but <br /> 15 what that plan looks like is up for debate. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 6. Minutes <br /> 40 The Board approved the minutes from February 7, 13 and 16, 2017 as submitted by the Clerk <br /> 41 to the Board. <br /> 42 b. Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 43 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor vehicle <br /> 44 property tax values for ten (10) taxpayers with a total of thirteen (13) bills that will result in a <br /> 45 reduction of revenue in accordance with NCGS. <br /> 46 c. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 47 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property tax <br /> 48 values for three taxpayers with a total of three bills that will result in a reduction of revenue in <br /> 49 accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> 50 d. Application for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br />
