Baker (All other staff members will be identified <br /> 20 appropriately below) <br /> 21 HILLSBOROUGH COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Mayor Tom Stevens and Commissioners <br /> 22 Kathleen Ferguson, Mark Bell, Brian Lowen, Evelyn Lloyd, and Jenn Weaver <br /> 23 HILLSBOROUGH COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> 24 HILLSBOROUGH STAFF PRESENT: Margaret Hauth, Planning Director <br /> 25 HILLSBOROUGH TOWN STAFF ABSENT: Town Manager, Eric Peterson <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Chair Dorosin called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Welcome and Opening Remarks <br /> 30 Chair Dorosin said the goal of this evening is to have a dialogue between the two <br /> 31 boards, asking questions, and raising ideas. <br /> 32 Mayor Stevens said there is a long track record of meetings, and of strong mutual <br /> 33 interests, between the County and the Town of Hillsborough. He thanked the Board of County <br /> 34 Commissioners for the use of the Whitted facility by the Town, and other community groups. <br /> 35 He said Hillsborough has a small staff that accomplishes a lot, and he commended the staff's <br /> 36 efforts. <br /> 37 Chair Dorosin said Commissioner Burroughs would be unable to attend tonight. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Commissioner McKee arrived at 7:06 p.m. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 1.
