The petitions and responses are listed below: <br /> 1) Review and consider a request by resident A.P. Segar that the Board review the newly-adopted impact <br /> fees and provide some relief to the Grove Park development. <br /> Response: Staff to analyze the costs, differences, and possible justifications/special circumstances to <br /> consider options. <br /> 2) Review and consider a request by residents Ms. Strong and Ms. Elstad that the Board provide assistance <br /> to them regarding inability to have access to the Orange County Schools Board of Education meeting. <br /> Response:DONE - Manager has followed up with OCS Superintendent and offered use of Whitted <br /> Meeting Facility for OCS use. <br /> 3) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Jacobs that Board members be provided key-card access <br /> to the side entrance of Southern Human Services Center. <br /> Response: Clerk to follow-up with AMS. <br /> Best Regards, <br /> Mark Dorosin, Chair <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br />
