• Site 7, the old small white house site, suitable for future development if significant trees <br />are protected to the highest degree possible,. <br />Note: The entire SHSC site is encumbered by a Town of Chapel Hill SUP. As changes are <br />made, it will be necessary to amend the SUP in accordance with Town ordinance requirements <br />and schedules. There does not appear to be any floor area ratio (FAR) constraints on the entire <br />site except for environmental features and parking. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None at this time. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board receive as information and <br />provide direction to staff concerning next steps. <br />
