Fairview Park Standard Access and Maintenance Easement with Duke Energy <br /> 13 Carolinas <br /> 14 The Board approved a standard access and maintenance easement to Duke Energy Carolinas <br /> 15 for the maintenance of parking area site lighting utilities to service the Orange County Fairview <br /> 16 Park parking expansion; and authorized the Chair to sign the necessary paperwork upon final <br /> 17 County Attorney review. <br /> 18 f. Resolution Certifying and Approving the Results of the November 8, 2016 Bond <br /> 19 Referenda <br /> 20 The Board certified and approved the General Obligation Bond election results from the <br /> 21 November 8, 2016 Bond referenda. <br /> 22 g. Application for North Carolina Education Lottery Proceeds for Chapel Hill — Carrboro <br /> 23 City Schools (CHCCS) and Contingent Approval of Budget Amendment#5-A Related <br /> 24 to CHCCS Capital Project Ordinances <br /> 25 The Board approved an application to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction <br /> 26 (NCDPI) to release proceeds from the NC Education Lottery account related to FY 2016-17 <br /> 27 debt service payments for Chapel Hill —Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS), and approved Budget <br /> 28 Amendment#5-A (amended School Capital Project Ordinances), contingent on the NCDPI's <br /> 29 approval of the application, and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 7. Regular Agenda <br /> 32 <br /> 33 a.
