He said many corrections have been made, which should help <br /> 18 limit appeals. <br /> 19 Chair Dorosin said he appreciates all the effort put into the revaluation, and this process <br /> 20 was designed to accurately reflect the value of a property. <br /> 21 Commissioner Jacobs spoke about the previous revaluation in 2009, which was not as <br /> 22 rigorous as the current one, and noted there were so few property sales due to the recession. <br /> 23 He said this process made it clear that additional staff were needed earlier in the process. He <br /> 24 said in the last revaluation, the appeals process was advertised so that it was clear to the <br /> 25 public. <br /> 26 Commissioner Jacobs suggested that Dwane Brinson invite Realtor Joe Phelps in to talk <br /> 27 about the revaluation, since he is always negative about it. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 5.
