SCS provided design/build <br /> level drawings and specifications, which included: <br /> • ADA accessible bathroom, <br /> • One person operation (i.e., scales were staggered to allow one person to handle both <br /> inbound and outbound scales from one location in the building), <br /> • Digital readout of weight viewable by the drivers, <br /> • Exit/Entrance lights to control truck movement onto each scale. <br /> • Roads <br /> • Scales <br /> • Truck Tracking and Data Software <br /> Convenience Center: New public waste disposal convenience center with a throughput <br /> capacity of 1,000 tons per day.
