Specific activities have included development of the <br /> Nick Guarriello, Staff Engineer NSPS Design Plan, annual emissions inventory for regulated <br /> criteria and toxic air pollutants, Semi-annual NSPS/Title <br /> Highlights V/SSM Plan reports, conduct routine surface emissions <br /> ✓ LFGE Economic Analysis monitoring, consulting during NCDENR air inspections, <br /> ✓ Coordination w/ LFGE preparation of the Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM) <br /> Developer Plan for the LFG system in accordance with the MACT Rule. <br /> ✓ GHG Pump Test <br /> ✓ LFG Recovery Projections <br /> ✓ LFG Migration Control LFG Migration Control and Remediation. SCS provided <br /> ✓ Air Permitting services pertaining to LFG migration control and remediation at <br /> ✓ Regulatory Compliance and the North Wake Landfill (as well as at the South Wake and <br /> Interface Feltonsville Landfills). Responsible for preparation of solid <br /> ✓ LFG Remediation Plan waste permit amendment documents, regulatory compliance <br /> ✓ Monitoring and Reporting <br /> ✓ Emissions Inventory and negotiations with NCDENR pertaining to landfill post- <br /> ✓ Sampling and Evaluations closure programs related to environmental monitoring and <br /> remediation. Specific activities have included development of <br /> LFG Remediation Plans, LFG System operational efficiency <br /> evaluation, LFG monitoring probe installation and <br /> "- decommissioning, communications with NCDENR regarding <br /> monitoring data and remediation approach, conduct routine <br /> I monitoring and reporting for the LFG perimeter probe network. <br /> CQA and Construction Engineering.
