These resumes are demonstrate the breadth of our staff's experience in the solid waste <br /> management field and knowledge of the industry along with the capabilities of our staff to carry <br /> out assignments in all of the scope of work areas. <br /> Mike Cobb, PG is a Senior Project Professional with over eleven years of professional <br /> experience on a variety of solid waste projects involving groundwater monitoring, landfill gas <br /> monitoring and design, air quality compliance, and greenhouse gas reporting. Mike routinely <br /> monitors groundwater wells and prepares semi-annual reports. Mike is also an experienced <br /> construction inspector/monitor. <br /> Josh DeGayner is a Project Professional with the Sustainable Materials Management division <br /> who provides environmental support for projects performed out of the SCS Reston, Virginia <br /> office. His assignments since joining SCS eight years ago include field investigations and project <br /> management to support solid waste management and recycling studies as well as other <br /> environmental projects. <br /> Stacey Demers, LEED AP has more than 25 years of experience in solid waste and recycling <br /> management planning, program assessments, data analyses, waste minimization, and facilities <br /> planning. She has extensive public sector(Northeast Maryland Solid Waste Authority and <br /> Loudoun County, VA) and private sector experience on major solid waste programs. She <br /> currently manages a multi-year engineering contract for Montgomery County, MD that covers <br /> waste audits, recycling studies, and waste characterization studies. She is currently the Project <br /> Manager to develop a Zero Waste Plan for Prince George's County, MD which involves <br /> interviews and information gathering from multiple stakeholders. Ms. Demers understands <br /> recycling processes and has been called upon frequently to assess waste collection operations <br /> and conduct benchmarking studies, most recently for Oklahoma City, OK.
