23 <br /> Orange County, NC RFQ 5225 SCS ENGINEERS <br /> the Landfill site is the Eubanks Solid Waste and Recycling Center, a residential drop-off material <br /> collection center, and the Solid Waste Management Department Administration Building. <br /> Orange County maintains one of the highest waste reduction rates in the state, with 64 percent <br /> waste reduction as compared to the 1997 baseline. The County currently transports the solid <br /> waste from the collection centers to a transfer station owned by the City of Durham.
