Section Four 48 28 <br /> Qualifications of Key Personnel <br /> Resume — Lori Scozzafava <br /> Lori Scozzafava - GBB Vice President, Operations Officer <br /> IrlMs. Scozzafava is an experienced senior level executive with over 25 years of solid <br /> waste management industry experience, including 15 years in high profile leadership <br /> roles with the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), the US Composting <br /> Council (USCC), and the Composting Council Research & Education Foundation (CCREF). <br /> While in leadership positions for these national associations, she influenced regional <br /> and national policy in multiple environmental areas with expertise, passion and <br /> integrity. The GBB Project Team provided recommendations for system improvements, <br /> including recycling, procurement, services provision, and program evaluation.
