I continue to be passionate about improving people s lives through transplant.
However, I watched the disparity of organ supply and demand grow further apart as diseases
such as diabetes, hypertension and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis continue to rise.
I decided to change my career path from helping patients recover from end-stage organ disease
to prevention. I remain active as a pharmacist and starting working with population health
management in 12/2015. I am continuing to learn about barriers to care, success and failures of
the current medical model in the United States. I enjoy working with multi-cultural and multi-
disciplinary groups and hope to give back and learn from a position on Orange Co Board of
Public Health.
Reasons for wanting to serve on this board:
- Help the community and members with up to date and useful drug information
- Learn about issues affecting my community as a whole
Conflict of Interest:
Supplemental Questions:
