And that OCS not <br /> 10 submit an offer to the OCS Board —just financing options, since the BOCC would not be able to <br /> 11 discuss this in open session until January 24, 2017. <br /> 12 Pam Jones said staff could try and convince the OCS Board to re-prioritize their bond <br /> 13 projects in order to accept an offer to purchase. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 15.
