32 <br /> 1 Discussion ensued. <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Again, Dr. Wirt reiterated again that the OCS staff is going before their OCS Board on <br /> 4 January 9t to ask for final approval on this offer for this acquisition, but that it is contingent on <br /> 5 Orange County's support. <br /> 6 Bonnie Hammersley said that she/staff will work with Pam Jones to flesh out financing <br /> 7 options (impact fees/capacity/bond monies) over the holiday break. <br /> 8 Commissioner Jacobs requested that there be no commitment to anything by OCS <br /> 9 until the BOCC can discuss this further, including the financial options. And that OCS not <br /> 10 submit an offer to the OCS Board —just financing options, since the BOCC would not be able to <br /> 11 discuss this in open session until January 24, 2017. <br /> 12 Pam Jones said staff could try and convince the OCS Board to re-prioritize their bond <br /> 13 projects in order to accept an offer to purchase. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 15.
