Article 7: Subdivisions 57 <br /> Section 7.7: Lots <br /> (B) Upon recommendation of the Planning Board and approval of the County <br /> Commissioners, the construction of the access road may be postponed until building or <br /> market development is undertaken. <br /> (1) In this case the lots shall be designated on the plat: "This lot may not be sold, <br /> nor a building permit issued, until the access road has been built as specified for <br /> this subdivision." <br /> (C) Except where reverse frontage is desirable, double frontage lots should be avoided. <br /> 7.7.4 Flag Lots <br /> (A) Intent <br /> Orange County discourages and restricts forming flag lots.
