12 <br /> DocuSign Envelope ID:5390EF36-4AA€-4577-8652-50030B3AF28E <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT("Amendment")is made and entered into this 315`day of December,2014 by and <br /> between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and DRAPER ADEN ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> (hereinafter referred to as"Engineer"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County and Engineer entered into a contract dated December 3, 2007, for the provision of <br /> professional services to the County, which was amended by addendum on January 20, 2011 (hereinafter the "Original <br /> Agreement");and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Engineer desire to extend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and <br /> conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made in the Original Agreement <br /> and herein,the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The Term of the Original Agreement is hereby extended through December 31,2016. <br /> 2.
