Initials Date <br /> 2. Once the Budget Officer has completed the review of documents above <br /> and all documents are correct, the Budget Officer will provide <br /> documents to the Office Manager. <br /> 3. The Office Manager will review the Offer Contract for accuracy. <br /> If any part of the contract is not accurate the Office Manager will return the <br /> contract to the Budget Officer for corrections to be made. <br /> 4. The Office Manager will complete the Offer Contract <br /> within 5 working days. <br /> 5. The Office Manager will submit the Offer Contract to the Grants <br /> and Contract Office for review and signature by Chief <br /> Deputy Commissioner within 5 working days of initial review <br /> provided contract is accurate. <br /> 6. The Office Manager will pick up the Offer Contract from the Grants <br /> and Contract Office and complete the following within 2 working days: <br /> ❑ Scan in a PDF copy of the Offer Contract <br /> ❑ Prepare Offer Contract for Mailing <br /> ❑ Mail Offer Contract to grantee <br /> *The grantee is requested to return the offer contract back to the ADFP Trust Fund Office <br /> within 10 working days, but realizes that more time may be needed for the local process. <br /> 7. The Office Manager will receive the Offer Contract from the grantee <br /> and stamp in to show date received back on the same day. <br /> 8. The Office Manager will review all documents for accuracy and will make sure <br /> all signatures are in BLUE INK within 2 working days. <br /> 9. The Office Manager will complete and conduct a final review of the Award Contract, <br /> if everything is correct, the Office Manager will submit the Award Contract to the <br /> Grants and Contracts Office for final signature by the Chief Deputy Commissioner <br /> within 2 working days of completing the award contract. <br /> Edited 08/14/2014 eh <br />
