Grantee monitoring shall be completed in accordance with the Agency"Agricultural Development <br /> Project Monitoring Policy and Guidelines" and amendments thereto. The Grantee shall complete <br /> and submit to the Agency the"Grantee Monitoring Checklist—Agricultural Development Project'to <br /> report its annual monitoring findings. The first "Grantee Monitoring Checklist — Agricultural <br /> Development Project' is due by December 31 of the following calendar year after the final report <br /> (referred to Paragraph IV, Line C) has been submitted and approved, and annually thereafter for <br /> five years. <br /> e. The Grantee shall complete all reports in a prescribed format, which shall be provided by the <br /> Agency. Reports and required documentation must be up-to-date in order for the Grantee to <br /> receive payments. <br /> f. All publicity and printed material regarding projects or activities supported in whole or in part by this <br /> shall contain the following language: "The project received support from the NC ADFP Trust Fund." <br /> The NC ADFP Trust Fund logo (digital versions of which can be downloaded from the NC ADFP <br /> Trust Fund website at www.ncadfp.or4)shall be displayed in all the Grantee's publicity and printed <br /> materials relating to this grant. <br /> g. Non-compliance of grantee duties will result in an immediate suspension of existing Agency grant <br /> funding, and the Grantee shall be ineligible for further Agency grants until the noncompliance is <br /> corrected and the Agency has acknowledged the correction and the Grantee is in good standing. <br /> V. Agency's Duties: <br /> a. The Agency shall provide the grantee with their eligibility classification status based upon the <br /> required reporting period as noted under "Grantee Duties" above. Grantee payments shall be <br /> reflected by eligibility classification status subject to the Agency policy. <br /> b. The Agency shall pay the Grantee in the manner and in the amounts specified in the Contract <br /> Documents. The total amount paid by the Agency to the Grantee under this Contract shall not <br /> exceed$32.500. <br /> This amount consists of$N/A in federal funds. <br /> This amount consists of$32,500.00 in State funds. <br /> ❑ a.
