(the "Agency") and Orange County, (Grantee), and referred to collectively as the <br /> "Parties".The Grantee's federal tax identification number is 56-6000327 and is physically located in Orange County, <br /> and is further located at 200 South Cameron Street Hillsborough NC 27278. <br /> The purpose of this Contract is to encourage the preservation of qualifying agricultural, horticultural,and forestlands <br /> to foster the growth, development, and sustainability of family farms. The Grantee's project title is Orange County <br /> Crop Fund. This Contract is funded by State appropriations. Funds awarded under this Contract must be used for <br /> the purposes for which they are intended. <br /> The Grantee's fiscal year ends June 30. <br /> I.
