He continued that funds to <br /> purchase lands should be provided by all <br /> municipalities involved. He noted concern with how <br /> the County would deal with a 60% non-compliance <br /> rate. <br /> Cantrell expressed concern that no long-term plans <br /> have been made for extending water and sewer service <br /> into the County other than on an emergency basis . <br /> She noted that Lane Kendig had indicated that land <br /> use and lot sizes could be controlled more equitably <br /> with the provision of water and sewer. <br /> Cantrell continued that provisions must be made to <br /> purchase land and expressed concern with the <br /> apparent unwillingness of the municipalities to <br /> participate in such purchases. <br /> • <br />
