Phase I components include: <br /> - County-Specific Road Classification System <br /> - Collector/Subcollector Road System <br /> - Private Road Standards and Policy <br /> - Review Article 13 (Traffic Impact Study) of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance <br /> In addition to the above, the TAS has also been <br /> reviewing the Hillsborough and Durham-Chapel Hill- <br /> Carrboro (DCHC) Thoroughfare Plans, neither of which <br /> have been endorsed or adopted by Orange County. The <br /> Hillsborough Plan has been adopted by the Town and <br /> State Board of Transportation and the Carrboro <br /> component of DCHC has likewise been adopted. Chapel <br /> Hill will be having at least one more public hearing <br /> (probably sometime in May) before taking final action. <br />
