The <br /> interpre- <br /> tation of the Schedule of Required Land Use Buffers as <br /> it applies to subdivisions in the unzoned townships . <br /> The second amendment to Section IV-B-8 will clarify <br /> the purpose of the buffer waiver provisions and extend <br /> the scope of IV-B-8-g to include waivers for other <br /> landscape requirements contained in the Subdivision <br /> Regulations. <br /> The amendments to Section IV-B-8 were presented at <br /> public hearing on February 26, 1990 . No citizen <br /> comments were received at that time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval proposed <br /> amendments to Section IV-B-8 of the <br /> Regulations . <br /> NMI <br />
