This portion of <br /> the General Statutes includes the purposes for which a <br /> public body may hold an executive session and exclude <br /> the public. <br /> The amendment to Section 2 . 3. 3.2 was presented at <br /> public hearing on February 26, 1990. No citizen <br /> comments were received at that time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment to Section 2 .3 .3.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
