Crudup <br /> responded that previously Planning Board <br /> action was included in the time frame so this <br /> could actually give the Planning Staff more <br /> review time than before. <br /> Collins noted that with abstracts being <br /> revised until final agenda preparation, he <br /> felt the time frame proposed by the Planning <br /> Staff to be sufficient. <br /> Best noted that the Board of Commissioners <br /> was concerned that plans be expedited and not <br /> be held up unnecessarily. He continued that <br /> he was concerned that sufficient time be <br /> allotted so that plans would be complete and <br /> important items not be missing when the <br /> concept plans are submitted to the Planning <br /> Board.
