A more accurate statement should be <br /> BONIER D.1SSAWYER that the meetings are subject to the Open Meetings Law <br /> with a citation to the Open Meetings Law. There is at <br /> least one other typographical error in Section 2. 3. 3.2 <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> I recommend that Section 2.3.3.2 be rewritten as <br /> ' follows with a corresponding change to the Board of <br /> • Adjustment Procedures: <br /> 2.3.3.2 All meetings of the Board shall be <br /> conducted in compliance with the North <br /> Carolina Open Meetings Law, North <br /> Carolina General Statutes §143--319 .9 <br /> .. et seq.
