This portion of <br /> the General Statutes includes the purposes for which a <br /> public body may hold an executive session and exclude <br /> the public. <br /> The amendment to Section 2 .3 .3.2 was presented at <br /> public hearing on February 26, 1990. No citizen <br /> comments were received at that time. <br /> The Planning Board recommended approval of the <br /> proposed amendment to Section 2 . 3. 3.2 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance in their March 19, 1990 meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval as per the <br /> Planning Board recommendation. <br />
