r . <br /> 2 <br /> GRANT PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT - 1988 <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the <br /> ordinance adopting the "Community Development Block Grant -1988" is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 3 of the above mentioned ordinance is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Community Development Grant $ 600,000 <br /> Program Income 300 <br /> Transfer from General Fund 85,000 <br /> $ 685,300 <br /> Section 2 . Section 4 of the above mentioned ordinance is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Acquisition $ 3,000 <br /> Street Improvements 99,925 <br /> Sewer Improvements 182,688 <br /> Water Improvements 64,718 <br /> Clearance Activities 1,700 <br /> Rehabilitation of Privately <br /> Owned Dwellings 185,128 <br /> Administration 81, 388 <br /> Sewer Improvements-Local Option 66,753 <br /> $ 685, 300 <br /> Section 3 . Section 8 of the above mentioned ordinance is added to <br /> read as follows: <br /> This ordinance shall be in effect from date of adoption <br /> until June 30, 1991. <br /> Adopted this 2d day of April, 1990. <br />
