The grant agreement, funding approval, <br /> and signatory form and certification were approved on <br /> September 20, 1988. The proposed budget ordinance <br /> amendment will appropriate fund balance from the General <br /> Fund and transfer it to the Community Development Fund. <br /> The proposed grant project ordinance amendment will <br /> appropriate these transferred funds for Sewer Improvements <br /> included in the Rencher Street Project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Adopt the proposed grant project ordinance <br /> amendment and the proposed budget ordinance <br /> amendment. <br />
