The standards are to be considered as a <br /> separate agenda item - see proposed Zoning Ordinance <br /> text amendments . <br /> The proposed ULW district would overlay other zoning <br /> districts established by the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Specifically, the existing overlay zoning <br /> districts (PW-II and WQCA) would be removed and the new <br /> ULW district would be applied. The underlying zoning <br /> district designation of Rural Buffer (RB) would remain <br /> unchanged. The ULW zoning district designation would <br /> apply to all land located in University Lake Watershed <br /> within Orange County' s jurisdiction (see attached map) . <br /> An overlay approach is proposed to provide consistency <br /> with that used for other watersheds in Orange County <br /> and with the Rural Buffer concepts embodied in the <br /> Joint Planning Land Use Plan and Agreement. <br /> At a special meeting on March 28, 1990, the Planning <br /> Board, by unanimous vote, recommended approval of the <br /> proposed amendment to the Zoning Atlas . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> proposed amendment to the Zoning Atlas per the Planning <br /> Board recommendation. <br />
