This brochure would not <br /> be generated until the Rural Boundary district standards are <br /> finalized to ensure consistency and harmony in communicating <br /> ideas to the general public. <br /> In summary, the Subcommittee would like to continue its <br /> efforts towards opening channels of communication with rural <br /> residents, providing a grassroots type of process as opposed <br /> to a top-down process .
