They also <br /> represent issues mentioned as critical to the <br /> preservation of the county' s rural flavor by rural <br /> residents, environmentalists, developers and planners . <br /> While this document is designed for the Rural Buffer <br /> portion of the County as its focus, it is important to <br /> note that many facets of the proposal could have <br /> broad, county-wide application. <br /> At this time, the Committee's purpose is to interact <br /> with the Commissioners by updating them on their <br /> recent progress, as well as informally discussing <br /> their future course of action with the Board. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Receive as information. <br />
