These funds would be transferred from <br /> fund balance in the Housing Fund and appropriated for <br /> housing related purposes in both the Housing Fund and the <br /> General Fund by means of the proposed budget ordinance <br /> amendment and the proposed grant project ordinance <br /> amendment. Reserve funds would be used to purchase <br /> computer hardware and software to assist in the <br /> administration of the County's housing programs and for <br /> other affordable housing purposes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the proposed grant project ordinance and <br /> budget ordinance amendments. <br />
