3 <br /> PHASE III <br /> Margaret Lane and Court Street - The preparatory steps <br /> will be taken as in other phases. The flagstone sidewalks <br /> fronting these two streets and the three remaining internal <br /> sidewalks going in the Courthouse will be reconstructed <br /> reusing the suitable flagstone and supplementing with new <br /> flagstone. Foundation plantings around the building will be <br /> removed. Small trees 6-8 ' , ground cover plants will be <br /> installed and the lawn will be renovated. <br /> Work to begin July 1991 at a cost of $61 , 000 . <br /> Completion date for this Phase is October 1991 . <br /> Total cost of the three Phases will be $125, 000 which <br /> will utilize all funds appropriated by the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners. <br /> Interested Hillsborough citizens have been contacted and <br /> have expressed an interest in soliciting funding for the <br /> remaining amenities of the landscape plan. <br /> Those amenities are: <br /> 12 - Benches 4, 800. <br /> 9 - Street lights 13 ,500 . <br /> 5 - Trash cans 1 , 000 . <br /> Approximate cost for amenities: $20 , 000 . <br />
