The financial guarantee must <br /> reflect 110% of that estimate and be issued by an accredited <br /> financial institution licensed to do business in North <br /> Carolina. <br /> 2 . The private road shall be contained within the right-of-way <br /> indicated on the Final Plat. <br /> 3. A private Road Maintenance Agreement shall be approved by the <br /> County Attorney and recorded with the Final Plat. <br /> 4 .
