We <br /> Of RD.SAWYER el <br /> BON have no comment, on the Preliminary Plan. We have a few <br /> (19 D.SAWYER <br /> -1972) comments on the Restrictive Covenants . First, why are <br /> we reviewing them? Second, in the paragraph beginning <br /> with the word "WHEREAS" on the fifth line the word <br /> "pass" should be deleted. Third, in Article I of the <br /> Restrictive Covenants in the description the <br /> subdivision property is described as that property in <br /> Plat Book 519 at page 555 . I believe there is no such <br /> plat book but according to the Preliminary Plan Mr. <br /> Daniels ' property is described in Deed Book 519 at page <br /> 555. Probably the person drafting the document <br /> intended to leave blanks after the words "Book" and <br /> "page" to insert the recording information of the final <br /> plat of Buck Run Subdivision. <br /> The only other comment we would offer is that what <br /> we have seen and reviewed says nothing of the required <br /> recreation dedication.
