11 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> 306F REVERE ROAD <br /> HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Eddie Kirk, Current Planning <br /> FROM: Warren Faircloth, Erosion Control Supervisor <br /> SUBJECT: Buck Run Subdivision <br /> DATE: January 22, 1990 <br /> This subdivision meets the Ordinance requirements for stormwater <br /> management by having large lots, retaining a buffer of vegetation <br /> around the perimeter of each lot to absorb and filter runoff, and <br /> adding limited impervious surfaces to each lot. <br /> The amount of disturbance to construct the road will require <br /> submission and approval of an erosion control plan before any <br /> clearing or grading begins . <br /> One point that needs addressing ( if it has not already been <br /> pointed out) is the need for a drainage easement through lots 11 <br /> - 14 and possibly lot 15 for runoff from the road and lots above. <br />
