777711 <br /> 2 <br /> 2 . Lots 1, 2, 20 and 21. shall be reconfigured so <br /> that all lots have access to Daniels Farm Road. <br /> 3 . The road be aligned to intersect with West <br /> Lebanon at a 90 degree angle. <br /> Agency comments that have been received are attached. <br /> The Orange County Health Department has located a <br /> suitable area on each lot for a septic tank and drain <br /> field. <br /> The North Carolina Department of Transportation has <br /> indicated that the cul-de-sac right-of-way should be <br /> entirely within the subdivision boundaries. They also <br /> recommend a 200 ' right turn taper to improve safety at <br /> the intersection. <br /> The Orange County Erosion Control Officer has <br /> indicated the subdivision meets the stormwater <br /> management requirements. An erosion control plan must <br /> be submitted and approved before construction of the <br /> road begins . A 30 ' drainage easement will also be <br /> needed through lots 11-14 and possibly lot 15 for <br /> runoff purposes . <br /> The County Engineer indicated he has no comment on the <br /> Preliminary Plan. <br /> In their February 19 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the Preliminary Plan for Buck <br /> Run through the attached Resolution of, Approval . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval per the <br /> Planning Board recommendation. <br />
