RESPONSIBILITY <br /> RECRUITMENT ASSIGNMENT <br /> 1 . Establish and maintain a Recruitment Analyst/ <br /> mailing list of recruitment EEO Officer <br /> sources that represent <br /> minorities, females and the <br /> handicapped. * <br /> 2. Establish and maintain contacts Recruitment Analyst/ <br /> with community groups , leaders , EEO Officer <br /> and education professionals <br /> which represent minorities , <br /> females and handicapped persons. * <br /> RESPONSIBILITY <br /> SELECTION AND PLACEMENT ASSIGNMENT <br /> 1. Review selection tests for Recruitment Analyst/ <br /> job- relatedness and impact EEO Officer <br /> on target groups. * <br /> 2. Monitor the use of minority, Recruitment Analyst/ <br /> female and handicapped members EEO Officer <br /> on interview boards/Assessment <br /> Centers (when used) . * <br /> 3. Recommend action to study and EEO Officer <br /> implement accommodations for <br /> handicapped applicants/employees <br /> including: <br /> a. Identify architectural <br /> barriers* <br /> b. Add handicapped statistics <br /> to EEO Program next year.** <br /> c. Identify miscellaneous <br /> non-physical barriers to <br /> handicapped applicants/ <br /> employees. <br /> RESPONSIBILITY <br /> PROMOTIONS ASSIGNMENT <br /> 1.
