SCHOOL CAPITAL OUTLAY: There is hereby allocated $750, 000 <br /> for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools for recurring capital and <br /> $2, 111,200 for long range capital projects. There is hereby allocated <br /> $750, 000 for Orange County Schools for recurring capital and $626,000 <br /> for long range capital projects. There is hereby allocated from school <br /> capital discretionary funds to Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br /> $400, 000 for asbestos removal and $230,000 for fireflow capacity code <br /> compliance at Chapel Hill High School and Seawell Elementary School. <br /> There is hereby allocated from school capital discretionary funds to <br /> Orange County Schools $313, 100 for asbestos removal and $150, 000 for <br /> environmental testing and compliance. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER: 9 <br />
