During a meeting between the North Carolina Department <br /> of Transportation historian and our environmental review coordinator, it <br /> was determined that the proposed changes will have no effect on any <br /> historic architectural resources in the area of potential effect of this <br /> project. By copy of this letter, we are notifying the Federal Highway <br /> Administration of this finding. <br /> The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National <br /> Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the Advisory Council on Historic <br /> Preservation's Regulations for Compliance with Section 106, codified at <br /> 36 CFR part 800. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
