I. P. Numbers 1-303 <br /> • and I-304 . <br /> The FONSI for Projects 1-303, 1-304, and I-305 was approved by the FHWA on <br /> March 19, 1984. Since that time further studies have been performed, and re- <br /> visions to the project are recommended. The attached reevaluation has been <br /> conducted to evaluate the recommended revisions in the project, changes in the <br /> anticipated impacts, and changes in the affected environment. . <br /> This reevaluation covers only Projects 1-303 and 1-304 (I-85 from Greensboro <br /> to I-40 near Hillsborough). Project I-305 (I-85 from I-40 near Hillsborough to <br /> the Orange-Durham County Line) will be reevaluated under a separate environmental <br /> document at a later time. . <br /> . Based upon field investigations and review of the FONSI, it is concluded <br /> that no major changes in the proposed action, anticipated impacts, or affected <br /> environment have occurred. It is the conclusion of the Division of Highways that <br /> the approved Finding of No Significant Impact is still valid according to the <br /> criteria set forth in 23 CFR Part 771.129.
