Amend Article 14 Site Plan Approval Procedures by revising Article <br /> 14. 1 a. to read as follows: <br /> a. Single-family detached dwellings and duplexes, and accessory <br /> structures to those residential uses; provided, however, when <br /> such uses are located in the University Lake Watershed (ULW) <br /> District, site plan approval shall be required. <br /> [The proposed amendment would require that single-family dwellings <br /> and duplexes, and accessory structures to those uses comply with <br /> the provisions of Article 14 regarding site plan approval . ] <br /> I . Amend Article 14 Site Plan Approval Procedures by revising Article <br /> 14.2 . 1 to include the following: <br /> c. Single-family detached dwellings and duplexes, and accessory <br /> structures to such uses when located in the University Lake <br /> Watershed (ULW) District. <br /> [The proposed amendment exempts single-family dwellings and <br /> duplexes, and accessory structures to such uses from the <br /> requirement of having a registered engineer, landscape architect, <br /> architect or land surveyor prepare the site plan. The owner may <br /> prepare his/her own site plan. ] <br /> J. Amend Article 14 Site Plan Approval Procedures by rewriting <br /> Article 14.2 .3.g. to read as follows: <br /> g. Maximum and proposed impervious surface and required stream <br /> buffers in the PW-II, WQCA, and ULW districts (see Articles <br /> 6.23, 6.24, and 6.25, respectively) . <br /> [The proposed amendment requires that the maximum and proposed <br /> impervious surface as required by Article 6.25 be denoted on a <br /> site plan where applicable. ] <br />
