aq-~ <br />A. Tlris Agreement, all Attachments, and the Request for Grant Proposal represent the entire Agreement <br />between the Parties and supersede all prior oral or written statements or agreements. <br />B All promises, indemnities, requirements, terms, conditions, provisions, representations, guarantees, <br />and warranties contained herein shall survive the contract expiration or termination date unless <br />specifically provided otherwise herein, or unless superseded by applicable federal or state statutes of <br />limitation. <br />C. The Agreement may be amended only in writing duly signed by authorized representatives of both <br />Parties. <br />D.
