~~ <br />b Pre-audit all vouchers presented for payment to determine: <br />i. Validity and accuracy of payment <br />ii. Payment due date <br />iii Adequacy of documentation supporting payment <br />iv. Legality of disbursement <br />c. Assure adequate control of'signature stamps, plates; <br />d. Assure adequate control of'negotiable instruments; <br />e. Implement procedures to insure that account balance is solvent and reconcile the account <br />monthly; and <br />f: Assure adherence to all applicable laws and terms and conditions of this agreement.. <br />E. Media, Publicity and Publications <br />The Grantee agrees to the following: <br />1. To obtain the prior written approval of the Commission for all paid media and publications; and to <br />include appropriate acknowledgement of the support of the Commission (including the <br />Commission logo) in a format agreed upon by the Commission. <br />2. To provide in writing to ]rwtfc(cilncmail.net, details of all paid media expenditures for each month <br />which Grantee reports expenses in the Media budget category; this is to be submitted along with <br />the monthly expense report for the month in which the Media expense is reported. <br />3. Not to market the information related to the Project for profit, unless a waiver is granted by <br />Commission staff <br />5. To furnish a minimum of two (2) copies to the Commission of any published materials resulting <br />from the work of the Project at least five (5) working days before the published materials aze made <br />available to the public. <br />6. To place signage at the Project site or sites identifying the Project as receiving Commission funds <br />and to place the Commission logo on any printed materials <br />7. To follow the trademazk and intellectual property guidelines set forth on Attachment F and to <br />abide by any updated guidelines that may be issued by Commission staff during the term of this <br />Agreement. <br />F.
