There is no desire on the <br /> part of the community to have a public road with <br /> the increase in noise and traffic. The additional <br /> lots would enter the current Road Maintenance <br /> Agreement. <br /> Pilkey asked how many lots access the private <br /> road. Mr. Carroll responded that six lots could <br /> access the private road and five would have to <br /> access it.
