2. <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION <br /> FOR THE RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Orange County that the <br /> Commissioners authorize the County Manager to submit an <br /> application to ACTION for a $26 , 010 grant for continuation of <br /> the Retired Senior Volunteer Program for twelve months and to <br /> certify to the federal government the willingness of the County <br /> to assure a minimum of 30* in cash, goods, and services as the <br /> non-federal share in support of the program. <br /> This is the Twentieth day of February, 1990. <br />
